Unlocking Orange locked Philips Savvy

I have a Philips Savvy locked to Orange, lost the SIM many years ago. When I turn it on it asks for an SPCK code, is there anyone I can contact to either get this code so I can use an EE SIM, or to unlock my phone so that it isn't required?
