Hello! I am due an upgrade for my phone, although I am on my parents contract. I currently live a good distance away from them, is there anyway I am able to get their permission via other means for you?

Thanks for coming here. 

The account holder would need to complete the upgrade and they can go through delivery options if they give us a call on 150.
