Hi
I'm trying to get an EE router (Huawei B525s-23a) unlocked but when I put the IMEI number into the EE unlocking page all I get is 'Please try that again, something went wrong'.
Is there an issue with the unlocking service at the moment or is there an issue unlocking these routers as it requires a code?
Any help appreciated.

Hi @Je5ster2000
I'm not aware of any problems. Could you try doing it on a different device/browser?

Hi Christopher, thanks for the reply.
So far I’ve tried various browsers and devices.
Windows both Edge and Chrome
Safari on iPhone and IPad
I even tried my work phone off WiFi actually on the EE mobile network…..same result.
The IMEI is correct and has been confirmed using other sites (they bring back the correct device) and it only gets a signal with an EE SIM card installed, any other sims it asks for an unlock code?
I can supply the IMEI if you wish?

No, don't post the IMEI in the public forum, @Je5ter2000.
Are you copy and pasting the IMEI or typing it manually? Could you try making sure that there are no spaces at the beginning or the end.
If it still isn't working, I'd suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can process it manually for you.
Chris
