I have tried unlocking my phone using the form online
I enter the IMEI number and get the following error (The IMEI is correct, and it is locked to ee)

Thanks for coming to the community.
Could you try a different web browser and load this page, Device unlock (ee.co.uk) is the IMEI accepted?
