Try again later error when unlocking phone with IMEI number

I have tried unlocking my phone using the form online

I enter the IMEI number and get the following error (The IMEI is correct, and it is locked to ee)

"Please try that again

Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please enter your IMEI again or come back later"

Out of a ton of attempts, once I managed to get it to go through, but the unlock code didn't work and since then I can't get passed this step.

I tried phoning but got stuck in a loop which always sends me to the website and then ends the call, so not much use.

How can I unlock my phone if the form never works?

Could you try a different web browser and load this page, Device unlock (ee.co.uk) is the IMEI accepted?
