Smart watch

I'm due to be changing my Phone contract to a different network due to costs being cheaper but wanted to keep my e-sim in my smart watch with EE is this possible? it is a cellular watch.

@1990AP   Yes it’s possible but your watch it’s linked to your device at account level so when your phone rings your watch does and taking the phone to a different network will stop that from working.   Your watch will function as a Bluetooth watch when with your phone and no calls/text will come through when your away from your phone.  You can pay off the watch contract to just see it out till the minimum term.

Thank you I bought the watch outright and just have an esim with data on it but the new network does not do e-sims so does that mean i wont be able to use it as a cellular watch unless they are both on the same network?

@1990AP You can use it you just will not get calls/text on the watch if you don’t have your phone with you.  When the phone is with you it’ll use Bluetooth.
