Faulty Samsung buds

Good afternoon everyone

I got my new buds last week but after a few days use, the right hand bud is not working properly - it has a whining pitch and the sound is really low.

Do I contact EE to replace as I've only had them one week or deal direct with Samsung?

@bertiebar  then you can call EE customer services about this.   And they’ll probably tell you to go straight to Samsung but as you’ve had them only last week they should replace them. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
