Hello, I have a Doro 1360 mobile, and most times when I send a text it says Saved but Not Sent, why does it do this, my mobile is new and I need answers please

Thanks for replying. It happens with most texts but I can receive texts, it's just when I try to send texts, most annoying

Can you try going into Settings > Messages > SMS Settings > SMS Centre > Is this number showing +447958879879?

Hi Yes that number is showing so I have activated it, hope that's the answer to my problem
