I added a Samsung Laptop to my account last year. However, over the last 3 months or so, it keeps making whirring noises and then displays a blue screen: 'Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart.' This has been happening more and more frequently. I've run checks to see if there's a fault, but nothing shows up. Even completely reset the computer to the defaults, and that only stopped the problem for a week or so. I'm beginning to get frustrated, doesn't help that when there's an update (which is successful) my laptop won't turn on for a good 10-15 mins afterwards. Get a blue blinking light on the power part, but the laptop doesn't turn on.

@Lane90 you need to make a claim on the warranty as you get a 24 month warranty with that device.
