Cancelled plans not showing up on my account

Cancelled a plan for a tablet and an Internet booster on my account and it's not showing up Am not happy with this as my husband has recently retired and don't want to pay for devices that are no longer used

@ange671  if you terminated a contract for the tablet while it was still within the minimum term you’ll be required to pay off the remaining term of that contract.  Was you given a cost of this ? And no it’ll not show up on your account that’s you’ve given notice to terminate it’ll just get removed once the 30 day notice period expires.  

Can you please explain what an internet booster is ?   If this is part of a broadband package it’ll get removed via the next billing date and you’ll need to return that item.   You should be sent a returns package.  If that’s what it is.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
