So I ordered a iPhone 17 last week they took the upfront cost and it froze on contract summary afterwards I never got a email but then a couple days ago got a text message from them saying they cancelled my order but now the upfront cost has gone and it's not pending on my bank account anymore why?

I'm sorry that your order was cancelled. We don't have account access here on the forum, but if an order is cancelled after money has been taken, a refund would be processed. Were you a new customer or was this an upgrade?
