We have 2 new home phones from EE, but both seem to have a really soft ringer volume. They only ring about 5 times before cutting off too. I am partially deaf so often don’t realise the phone is ringing straightaway - then it cuts off before I can get to it!
On previous home phones I’ve been able to increase the ringer volume and the number of rings, but can’t work out how to do it on these new ones….
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

@Poppy2025 : When you dial 1571 under Personal Options (2) > Calling Options (3) > Ring Period (2) there is an option to set the ring period to Short (4 rings), Medium (7 rings) or Long (10 rings) to give time for you to pick it up.

Many thanks!
Finally found the option I needed on 1571 as you suggested, but under ‘voicemail settings and features’. I would never have thought of looking there. Successfully changed to a higher number of rings and switched the sound level up a notch too, so hopefully won’t be missing calls in the future
Thank you so much, very helpfu
