Hello, my phone was blocked by the operator two weeks ago. The giffgaf network I use said that it was you who blocked the device. How can I unlock it?

@pakula1902 did you purchase this device 2nd hand ? If you did then you’ll probably find that who ever sold you this has reported it lost/stolen, if this is the case EE will not remove the blacklisting from the device.

Hi @pakula1902
Thanks for coming here.
Which store did you purchase the device from? Was this an EE Store?
Does an EE SIM card work in the phone?
Leanne.

not as I use a different operator! The phone worked, then for a week it
said "no network" it worked for one day and then it says that again! The
place where we bought it said it was "unlocked".

Hi @pakula1902
Where did you purchase the phone?
The device may have been unlocked for any network, however, if this has been purchased second hand and the original owner reported this lost or stolen this would have been blocked for any network.
Leanne.

If you can put any sim card in the phone it's unlocked and if not you need an Network Unlock Key (NUK) Number which you will need to use when you try to unlock it.
However if the phone doesn't connect to any Network it means it has been reported as lost or stolen and it will be blacklisted. It won't get removed for a new user.

Why then did it lock after a month and a half of use and not immediately
