Hello, my phone was blocked by the operator two weeks ago. The giffgaf network I use said that it was you who blocked the device. How can I unlock it?

If the phone has been blacklisted then I would recommend going back to your point of purchase so they can look into this further.

@pakula1902  You purchased a 2nd hand device.   That device was taken there by someone to get cash for it and they then probably reported it lost/stolen to get a replacement on insurance.     There is nothing you can do to get the blacklisted removed.  You need to go back to where you got it from to report it to them.  You should get your money back.
