Galaxy watch mobile plan

Hi  does anyone know how to resolve this? I'm paying for a monthly watch plan, but I can't get past this screen...

Welcome to the community.

You definitely should be able to add a watch plan to your phone, especially if you are already paying for it.

If you give our tech guides a call, they'll be able to check the account and help to get the plan up and running for you.
