Hello , does anyone have the same problem as I and if so how did you fix it , the left ear bud keeps loosing connection and when it gets connected back its behind the right ear bud so hearing two different things , I have sent them to Samsung but they tell me that they have done a full diagnostic check and found no fault, it just keeps happening , any help would be appreciated, thanks Mark
