Connecting my Echo and dots to EE

How can I connect my Alexa Echo and dots to the EE network? Have tried Alexa suggextions.

Try resetting the devices and then connecting again via the app. Try changing your router WiFi to compatibility mode.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
