We just received our EeE Smart 4G hub and having the same issues. Has a solution been found?

Please can you help. I have formally complained to EE about it being able to connect a number of devices- weather station, internet radio, echo dot. All different makes that connected to EE when on wired connection now with sim 4G connection nothing! 😞 how can I get help please?

Having the same issue with a number of devices very disappointing and no help from EE. Have started formal complaint

Hi Mustrum, we just switched to an EE 4G smart router last week. Laptop and phones connect fine but a number of ancillary devices- echo, weather station, Bose internet radio cannot connect. Unfortunately EE not seemingly able to help! Any suggestions where I might start to look gratefully received. Previously all devices connected to hard wired EE router

@SimonL13 : You probably need to temporarily switch the mobile router to the 2.4 GHz WiFi band only. These smart home devices often can't do 5 GHz.

Thanks. I did disable /switch off the 5 GHz and still problem persists! So I switched back on to dual mode
