You can call Customer Service on 08009566000 from any other phone.
It's also worth downloading the DPD app, as you will be notified with the tracking details which you can track too.

thankyou - the dpd tried to deliver today - but i cannot get the pin to give because i have no phone - and they dont have my email on file- ive had to tell them to come back tomorrow - how am i supposed to recieve this pin without a phone?
can you send to my registered address?

@jmandevo The PIN would be sent to the contact number given for the delivery, or can show on the DPD app if it's been set up.
We don't have any account access here in the Community. I'd recommend contacting Customer Care so a member of the team can help with the options or updating the contact number for the PIN.
