I know you’ll be keen to get an update on your order.
Have you purchased the TV outright or was it on Add to Plan, where you pay monthly?
Have you received confirmation of your order? Please check your Junk/Spam folder for any emails from EE, these can sometimes drop in there.

place an order for a TV and told it would be delivered on Wednesday but not given a tracking number for royal mail.
EE phone numbers keep telling me it's the wrong department
Who can tell me what is going on?

It was purchased by paying monthly.
It has been delivered now by royal mail.
Unfortunately this incident has left me knowing I will never ever be using EE again for a purchase.
Why is it so hard for EE to put the tracking number on my correspondence and also the correct contact options in the phone lines to get to the correct department?

You can track all orders our Track Your Order page, but really glad to hear you've received your order now!
Usually once your order’s been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a link to track your order in the EE app. Which you can track your order via the EE app at any time.
It's important to ensure your contact details are kept up to date before placing any orders.
