Constantly receiving text and now email saying I will be charged for not returning router, when I phone kept waiting have tried contacting on facebook but just gave me a standard reply. If anyone from the organisation is reading this my tracking number is XF********* was posted on 30 December 2024

To get the router return looked into, please try calling us again on 0330 123 1105, and once a guide is available your call will be answered. They can get the return investigated at our end for you.
