"Sorry, we can't show your order details right now" When Tracking Order

I ordered a graphite iPhone 13 Pro, 128GB on Monday morning at 12:20am. 

I've not received any further email communication regarding the order, and when I go to track it online I see:

"Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. 

Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD." 

Considering I dropped my old iPhone XS Max and needed to order a replacement for my work ASAP, I was hoping this would be dispatched within 24 hours; I've had no communication so far. 

When ringing EE I'm sent through a number of automated options, only to be told I can go online to track the order, which simply doesn't work. 

Can someone from EE please give me an urgent update?

The automated system clearly doesn't work.

The SIM will be sent by post via Royal Mail delivery. 

We recommend allowing 2-5 days for your SIM to arrive. 

Please be sure to let us know if you exceed this time frame.

i ordered Samsung filp..  EE take upfront cost but I can't do anything

Same here. I'm having the same issue. Ordered a black 522gb z fold 5 yesterday. Can someone please help? Been using ee close to a year not and have had the worst luck. First didn't have 5g then got put in the no frills plan with 5g enabled. Who does that.? When I asked he said it was 25 Megabytes per second but it was 25 megabits per second. Who uses that on 5g.? Then I upgrade to the essential plan and not getting up to the subscribed speeds even when standing under a 5g antenna (got an O2 sim and it's been fantastic btw). Now I'm upgrading to ee's best plan and phone hoping to get a better experience but now having this issue.

The latest delivery guidance for that model is 'expect dispatch within 3 days' so you should receive a delivery notification soon.

I'm hopeful. If I can get it at the shop today that'll be grand. So I can
do testing over the weekend when I'm chanced and return on Monday if needed
(i hope not)
