Hi,
I have done a new contract on April 4th and the sales person have ordered my phone at the time and it is nearly a month now and I have not received the phone or any email saying that the delivery has been done. When I go to tracker order it says that it have been dispatched to the store after 24hs or my order but until now the phone has not been delivered.. and the new contract bill is coming up and I did not used the EE services at all for this month. Would like to know if I will still be charged for a month services without EE not providing any service for a month.
So, 1st when the phone will arrive on the shop? Why I did not have any more information on the tracker order? Do I will have 1 moth free for EE not been able to provide any service for this month?

You would have to ring customer service and speak to them, as there is no account access and this is not customer service, so cannot look into your records.
