Trying to upgrade my phone and contract and all working well, can choose the mobile, colour and plan no problem but when i add it to the basket it always reverts back to a lower storage, white phone but for the same price! Guessing it's some system glitch but I don't have time or space to do this over the phone instead. Anyone got any suggestions please? There doesn't seem to be an online chat feature anymore?!
