issue with order

Hi, i ordered an iphone 15 pro max and i got an error message sent to me so i called up and the man was very helpful and confirmed my order for me but then the next morning i got the same error message. why is this? is my phone going to even get delivered to me or what do i need to do?

Hi. 

it said “Hi from EE. A reminder message. An error occurred with the order you placed online. Sorry about that. Please call us on 0800 956 3045 today so that we can fix the problem and get your new device on its way to you.” including my order number at the end. i called last night and everything seemed fine, my order was confirmed until i received this message today.

Hi, yes i called twice about an error message that i was getting and today a man on the phone told me that everything is fine and that the phone will be delivered to me soon so the error message was probably a mistake. i was only wondering if the iphone 15 pro max was in stock.

i think the memory size was 125gb ? i’m pretty sure that’s what the man said on the phone. and the colour is white titanium
