I can't access my online bill, have been trying for a week but it keeps saying the billing section of the website isn't available, can anyone help please?

Thank you for sharing that you managed to get access to your bill by accessing your app.
If you needed to access your account via a web page in future, I'd recommend clearing your cookies and cache first, or you could try using a different web browser.

I am sorry you have been unable to view your bill, have you tried viewing it via the EE app instead of the website?
