New phone number not ordered, on my bill & money taken!!!

I’ve just discovered a new number on my app, I’ve been charged for it but I haven’t got it or nor will I be using it….. how??

Could it be for another device such as a connected watch? 

If not, contact EE as they’ll need to investigate and resolve.

Welcome to the community.

As @_MrR_ said, it could be for a connected device. If so, the number is used for billing purposes. If you're not aware of what it is, our Customer Support team will be able to look into it for you, if you give them a call on 150.
