Finding it nearly impossible to log in & check my bill ...i seem to be goin roun

Welcome to the community. 

How are you trying to log in? Is it via the website or the app? 

What happens when you try to log in? Do you see any error message? 

If it is the app, please try making sure the software is up to date. 

Try uninstalling it and re-installing the app. 

If you are trying to log in via the website you could try a different browser to see if that works.

I've been having this trouble too.

I enter my password, it says the password is wrong. I click Forgot my password, it sends me a 6 digit code. I enter the code. I then get sent back to the main menu where my only option is to log in from the beginning again!

Using Firefox to login didn't work, but using Chrome it worked! It still said my password was wrong but the "Forgot my password" code worked, so I was able to change my password and log in with Chrome.

Strangely, when I logged in with my new password using Firefox again...it logged me in!

Why did it work in Chrome and not in Firefox?

So Ritu_D's solution, use a different browser worked.
