Hi,

looks like most people are having the same problem 😅

28th of March, I placed an order for an iPhone 17 Pro Max (Deep Blue, 256GB) as I was eligible for an early upgrade. At the time, I was advised that delivery would likely be by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.

However, since placing the order, I haven’t received any communication whatsoever — not even a confirmation message or email to confirm that the order has been processed. 

Does anyone have some sort of time frame when I should expect never had this problem with EE before upgrading !!

Ordered the same handset on 27th March and told within 7 days. Nothing since. I’ve just spoken to someone who said within 7 working days. My phone has not yet been dispatched and unable to track progress with the order number provided

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Deep Blue, stock guidance while placing the order on the 28th March was - "Available to order- Expect despatch within 7 working days"


Which means we are waiting to receive stock from the manufacturer so we can ship this out as soon as possible. 
You can track your order on our Track Your Order page. Please bare in mind the bank holiday this weekend. 

If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.

Using your order number from your email, you should be able to track your order on our Track Your Order page.

If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.

That’s one of the frustrations. The order number provided which starts with xko doesn’t work in the EE tracker. Have been told that it won’t work until the phone is dispatched 

Same issue here got text with my xko saying its on its way to the shop(chosen collct in store) No email other than initial email with contract summary and pre contact info. Xko tracking on their website is not working, money has been taken(not pending) and 0 information. When I rang them on Monday they have told me that its on 14 days back log( i have ordered orange 256gb)

I’m on the same position, pretty sure same date ordered as you. I ordered the 17 pro max blue 256gb but no updates thus far. I’ve been phoning every 3rd day for order updates instead, theee usually very helpful on the phone x 

Do you count Saturday as a working day?

@Bluefox42 Weekends and bank holidays do not count as working days no. At the moment I can see the oldest back order for the iPhone 17 Pro Max Deep Blue 256Gb is from 26th March. So your order is still in the queue at the moment awaiting to be fulfilled hopefully soon.
