There are long delays for apple iphone 15 range with all network providers and including Apple direct… esp some models that can be upto 30 days before estimated delivery.

EE would have placed orders for iPhone 15 stock from Apple and they would have been provided with an estimated date for restock pending if Apple actually is able to supply EE with the stock.
so all EE Representatives can advise is what their predicted stock date will be replenished and then predicted date for your delivery… it is out off EE’s control on what stock they receive from Apple and then EE fulfils orders accordingly.

Im sure your order shouldn’t take to much longer fingers crossed 🤞

I understand things are out of control but as a consumer I am the disappointed loser , over inflated promises from apple regarding supply of the iPhones and promises from mobile providers on delivery are more than often much longer than promised these days , especially now this year, had the same problem with my last bells and whistles mobile.

thanks for your reply , fingers crossed indeed

Up to thirty days is a reach I’ve been waiting fifty and still have no idea when I’m getting the device it’s extremely frustrating and you’d think more stock would be put out and they’d know how much demand they’d have in September as it’s like this every year.

I get that you may feel disappointed but when a network provider takes orders they working with predicted stock levels as they have already placed an order with Apple and if their order is fulfilled then all orders they have received from customers they will also be fulfilled on the dates provided.
Due to the supply and demand of all of the 15 models, especially the 15 pro and pro max models, it can be upto 40+ days.
It can seem that companies are quick enough to take your money and not provide but they have to work off predicted stock levels as if they work off actual stock levels and they are out of stock, then they can’t take orders thus unable to provide anyone with units and possibly losing customers.
Taking orders and fulfilling them when available this ensures you are on the demanding waiting list and will soon be able to receive the unit you would like where as if you couldn’t place the order you would have to keep shopping around and hope to find it in stock somewhere.

I myself had to wait for the Natural titanium 15 pro for 3 weeks before receiving mine and that was direct from Apple and I ordered 10.35seconds after it was put on release even though I set up the pre order information after the announcement… where the white model I ordered came on the day of release 👌

hope this helps

Apple did announce at the start that there will be shortages of most models esp pro and pro max due to supply issues whit their providers that was out of their control.
this is in sync with the world shortages of chip sets etc that seen PlayStation and Xbox having unit shortages, this in all is out of anyone’s control and if they where to just wait and then release when they think they have enough stock to fulfill every order placed… this would be unsustainable for any company as this would see cost shoot through the roof with the extra storage and facilities to try and mange the units.
frustrating as it may be, I’m sure you should have it soon as your unit is stocked and your order is fulfilled.

The issues lies with Apple unfortunately,

When they allocate stock they supply their stores first and the main store that will be stocked the most is their flagship store as this is their priority followed by their other well performing stores and the network providers.

By this time network providers only get say less than half of what they ordered and they will not know what stock Apple has allocated to them until they they receive it, then it’s the first come first serve basis.

I think I seen at one stage, even with Apple direct, the iPhone 15 pro max natural titanium upto a whopping 72 day waiting list 🤯 but again supply and demand this is just a prediction and can ship sooner when stock and supply is provided 👌

hi eddy

Indeed if customers like me knew this information, which is kept quiet from us punters then we would prob wait until a proper minimum stock level or working stock level be attained for supply.  I believe there is a lack of transparency here with Apple and EE, hedging their bets to maximise profits at customers expense.
If I am not in receipt of my order after the “up to 2 weeks ” I’m cancelling for sure.
the countdown is on !
thanks eddy

No worries 😉

Apple was upfront stating there will be shortages and supply issues across the board with these units, it’s just not advertised as such, EE is just a reseller and network provider of the device and are also kept in the dark about what stock they will receive so they have to work off presumed stock levels for the order they placed with Apple, Apple then ships however many units they want to each company after them.
also some network providers may have them in stock as they don’t have such a demand on their provisions and may sell some of their overstock to another network after a period of time.

it’s all a mad situation but supply and demand and worldwide shortages it can leave some frustrated 👌

hope you receive yours soon and there is no more delays 👌

your welcome 👌
