Iphone 15 pro max Booking order confirmation

Hey 

i booked iphone 15 pro max on 26 of oct but till now i have not received any mail or confirmation  how long its gona take and why its taling so long if we booked the customer support say it will me with in 2 week but now its more then 2 weeks any answer of that question?

256 black when i  called on 160 they say it was in the warehouse Birmingham idk what the hell is that why its not delivered yet.

Did you upgrade or was this a new EE contract? 

Can you track the order using the online order tracker?

Yes I upgraded when i tried to track it its show me that message

Back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from our supplier.

Once your order has been dispatched your plan will change in the EE app and DPD will be in touch with tracking details for the delivery.

So that's means i have to wait more longer as per your customer service provider he say it will be in 2-3 weeks now its more why i have to wait that longer. Already i have waited when i call ob 150 2 days ago they say it will be delivered tomorrow but now today things is here what a useless think i am not able to track my order.

So there is no solution after so many messages its a worst service i have ever received from any telecomm company no call no text nothing no solution.

The delivery timescale can vary depending on the colour and size variant you purchased.
