I ONLY ORDERED LAST NIGHT SO NOT REALLY A BIG DEAL YET, BUT I HAVENT RECIEVED ANY TRACKING CONFIRMATION FROM SHIPPING. IS THIS PHONE STILL IN STOCK AND DESPATCHED 24 HOURS AFTER RELEASE?

I am unable see any stock information for the iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB Deep Purple.

Hi i recently upgraded my contract, instead of going for the 15 pro max i went for the 14 pro max in deep purple 128gb.
i recieved my order conformation and my tracking but have noticed on the my EE app that the £120 i have paid upfront is saying "credited to next bill" is this just a processing error until i recieve my order? only ordered it on wednesday night (it is only the friday morning) also still cant track and had no DPD update.
Please advise if the iphone is just limtied stock and will take a while to despatch, or if there has been an error
