The launch came out on the 12th for the iPhone 18 pro/max. I place my order in the morning if the 14th. So 4 days before launch. Nothing flashy black 512gb pretty standard stuff. And what? EE decide they can’t deliver it on time? Absolute joke why do we bother pre ordering? I could have gone to the store today and got one. Nice one EE for letting me know I can put my trust in you. Now I’ll return away to work for upto 4 weeks without the phone. Brilliant. Half a mind to cancel it

EE only get a certain amount of devices for delivery on launch day. If the size & colour you order has been popular then obviously will be longer for delivery. You would have been made aware of delivery timescales when ordering too but yet placed the order & now it's all EE's fault too

I stand with OP on this one every single EE sales advisor now is money motivated they do not care about the customers satisfaction side of things its another person's problem to them, so thats a very naive response Gary, yea its correct they should the key word being SHOULD.....inform customers on lead times and stock levels at point of sale or pre order which they do have access to however they IMO have zero interest on doing if it means an extra click on that mouse to them, seems however apple have misjudged this years pre order sales quota, in many countries the lead time isn't long compared to previous years, the silver which I've got coming in 2TB Pro Max is probably the most available and then 1TB seems consumers are holding onto their funds for the 256gb, this also goes for the ultra watch 4 which is also least popular
EE need to stop upselling and go back to basics as frankly their sales team are abysmal since the.BT team merger worse move ever and yes OP should cancel and go to another provider absolutely if that means he gets the service and device he needs when he needs it or visits an EE store, personally I don't see how they keep claiming the best voted network year after year someone must be getting a golden handshake.
