Are there any updates available on when the orders will be fulfilled, obviously I have paid for a phone but no notice of when it will be delivered, ordered it on the 20th October

It's great news that you've ordered the new iPhone 17 Pro Max in blue, It's an amazing device.

I've just checked our stock page, and it's stating if you ordered on the 20th October, the phone should take around 28 days to arrive.

Hello @James630 ,

Welcome to the community,

As soon as your device is ready to be shipped, you will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number which you will have to show the driver before receiving your device.

As the new IPhones are so popular, you will just have to wait, as they are delivered on a first come first serve basis.

The upfront payment should be pending until your device is shipped.

Thanks for the update, but just to confirm there is nothing pending about the payment it was all taken from my card on the day, which is fine just wish I had been told in advance if the expected wait.
