Very slow dispatch

I order a 265gb iPhone 17 black a week ago and yet is still hasn’t been dispatched, I really need the new phone. How much longer should I expect?

Try searching the forums there are many people with the same issue. Alternatively call EE CS on 150.

You are already checking EE order tracking however I would suggest downloading the DPD app as well.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I ordered mine on 16th October still waiting. Itll be a while
