Hi
i have placed an order on the 15/10/25 as part of my upgrade and still not received my phone it’s the 256gb in orange. Is there an update as to when this will be in stock and delivered?

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Cosmic Orange, stock fulfilment shows that we're currently sending out orders that were placed on the 18th October, so you should be receiving your device in the next day or so.
You'll receive a text message from DPD confirming your delivery. If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.

You'll need to speak to EE CS 150 about stock but have you checked EE order tracking.
Download the DPD app as well.

I’ve checked on EE Tracker and it confirms my order and states it’s been dispatched but I’ve not had anything from dpd yet to say it’s out for delivery. I’ve been keeping an eye on the community forum and the responses state all backlogs are only a day behind yet I’d ordered mid October and still not received anything and it’s been over the 28 days so I’m starting to get abit frustrated to be honest
