iPhone 17 delivery

Ordered an iPhone 17 black 256gb on the 4th of November , can I get an update on my order ? 

currently showing 14 days for delivery in your website . 

the tracking option seems to be useless as it indicates dispatched  but it’s not.

I have checked our stock page and this also shows delivery within 14 days.
