Hi folks,
so I pre ordered in the 14th of the 17 pro max in orange, they immediately took the early upgrade fee and the deposit (£403) and I received the message for the XKO number. Since then the money they took has no appeared as a “credit” on my app and the tracking for the XKO doesn’t show as the order has been confirmed or if there is an estimated delivery date. I understand there is delays, but surely I would have an estimated delivery date date by now? I’m just worried that they have taken this money and not actually completed the order. This is not the first time I have had issues with EE and I’m now starting to lose any trust with them.
has anyone else has the same experience that they can re assure me it’s going to work out ?

Sorry, we're unable to check the exact order details to see when this would be dispatched.
Which model, including memory size and colour did you order? I can certainly look at current expected timescales for the date that you ordered.
For the trade in, you won't be expected to send back your current phone until you have your upgrade.

I ordered my iPhone 17 pro max deep blue on the 26th September and there is still no update on the delivery. What could be taking so long, its been 3 weeks.
Can we at least get updates on why its taking so long.

I ordered my 17 pro max 256gb in silver on the 18th September. I had an email saying it had been ordered but I’ve received no other messages regarding it
It at the 28 days now so when should I expect my phone to come?

Welcome to the community.
The timescale for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB in Silver was more than 28 days for orders placed from 13th September.
Once the stock is available for your order and it is on the way, you'll get a notification by text or email from DPD, or in the DPD app if you have that, letting you know when to expect it.

The guidance for orders on the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256Gb in Deep Blue ordered on 25th September would be to expect dispatch in more than 28 days from order. The current oldest back order today is the 12th September.
