i I had applied for an upgrade but not yet eligible for one. EE took £50 and awaiting a refund

@Debbiepretorius If you’re not eligible for an upgrade then you wouldn’t be able to place an order for any upfront payment to be made/taken. The only way this could be done is by you calling customer support so you can be told of the costs involved.

@Debbiepretorius , the upfront cost should be pending on your account and will not be taken, you will see that the amount is back in your account, if you are not eligible for an upgrade.
