Why am I still waiting for my order?!  Why do EE not keep people informed?  I ordered on 25th September still no idea of when it will arrive.  If there’s an extended delay then tell your customers!  Keep people informed it’s really not much to ask?  Give me the option to cancel the order and go elsewhere 😫

@Nn55ely  As per the website HERE  it states “usually dispatched within 21 days”.   But you’re past that so how did you order ?  Online ? In store? Or by phone ?     If it was online I’m going to guess the order might not of gone through or very possibly your order was rejected. You should have got an email about that.

My order was accepted on the 20/10 any ins I have order number. Order was online. Keep getting mails that order is on track but that’s all

Ordered iPhone 17 pro max 256gb in orange on the 13th October and still waiting. Phoned last wee and told it would probably be another week or 2. Now on day 37 since ordering. Shocking

It’s interesting they said that to you as well. I spoke to them last week on the Wednesday and they said we have fulfilled all orders to 13th October so yours should be a week away (ETA 19th November) as I ordered mine 15th October, yet I’ve seen some people say they ordered the 11th October and still don’t have there’s.

when am I supposed to get it delivered?

i am panicking now as I am going on holiday for 7 weeks on the 2nd December and I really need a new phone as mine is broken

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB (all colours), stock guidance while placing an order on the 20th October was - "Available to order (Expect despatch in more than 28 days")

Which means we are waiting to receive stock from the supplier so we can ship this out as soon as possible. At the moment we've filled orders placed up to the 18th October, so you should not be much longer. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.

If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.

I ordered an iPhone 17 pro max in silver (256gb) on Sunday. 
I wasn’t advised this but it says that it is on pre-order. Does anyone know how long this will take to process and deliver?

@Andreawhite  As per the website HERE it’ll take up to 14 days.   EE don’t have these on a shelf as there are back orders that have to be fulfilled first.
