iPhone 17 Pro Max Delivery

Placed order on 17th December. Had no updates etc regarding order, only read the threads on here this morning about them having stock issues - however this should have been placed on the site for people ordering for notice or at least emails sent to update those who have ordered! 

There’s been no updates at all on emails or my account as to what is happening with the delivery for the phone, just frustrating to have zero communication! 
Using the EE order reference number on the tracking bit on their site says invalid… and can’t use DPD until an email has been sent to confirm they’ve got it! 

has anyone who’s ordered around the same date had any updates regarding their order status?

Im having the same problem, I ordered my new phone on 14th of December and I'm still waiting for it, I've been told that I should have it by now but still nothing, I'm having problems with order reference can't track most days says invalid, they need to sort this out.

Great choice of phone there, I can imagine you're keen to get your hands on your new phone as soon as you can.

What was the colour and the memory size that you've gone for?

it was iPhone 17 pro max in silver - 256GB 

I’ve seen in other threads that orders have been fulfilled up until 18th December, so I am hoping it will be delivered soon after the festive period. But just be good to have some form of updates available as the order page has minimal information.

I've had a look at our stock page, and it's showing that if you ordered the device on the 17th of this month, there would be around a 7 day wait for the delivery.

The 7th day would be tomorrow, but as tomorrow is Christmas Eve, I'd not be able to say for sure if the phone will be delivered before Christmas.

No that’s fine, I understand about the festive period. 
so hopefully it will be dispatched from 27th onwards I am presuming. 
needing it before the 7th January that is all, and that’s my main concern if it won’t be before then
