iphone 17 pro max late delivery

was supposed to have my iphone 17 pro max (silver) on tuesday 22nd December but it never came i ordered it to be picked up in store is there an issue with dpd ?

This is not customer service, and we have no idea, although DPD was closed over the bank holiday, I would suggest you speak to customer service themselves, as they can let you know what is going on. We do not have account access nor do we know who you are, so definitely ring them up and press option 2, which should get you through to one of the guides, but you will have to wait until the morning now.
