Awaiting Delivery for IPhone 17 pro 256gb Silver

Hi, I recently ordered the IPhone 17 Pro 256gb in silver on the 17th December and was told when ordering it, it would be dispatched within 3 days but I still haven’t heard anything snd when I track my order it says awaiting dispatch and when I call EE helpline there’s no specific service to help with delivery’s.

Hi @DanielDixon 

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro 256GB Silver, stock guidance while placing the order on the 17th December was - "Available to order (Expect despatch within 7 days"


Which means we are waiting to receive stock from the manufacturer so we can ship this out as soon as possible. 
You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.

If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.
