Hi all, I ordered an EE SIM on the 5th December and it's still not arrived yet.
Im switching from O2 and when ordering I submitted my PAC code to keep my current number. It's a pay monthly SIM only contract.
Other than a confirmation email xko********* I've not received any other correspondence and cannot track the order.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

SIMs are normally delivered by second-class post.
If you've provided a PAC as part of ordering, that will be held in a pending-state and your SIM will have a temporary number attached to it. When you receive your SIM and first connect it to EE's network, that PAC will be submitted and your number ported-in the following working day.

Good afternoon, @Zachall1997.
Welcome to the EE Community.
You should definitely have seen your SIMs delivered by now, as we usually recommend 2-3 working days for these.
Therefore it sounds like something may need to be double checked with the order, but our team will be happy to help guide you on this.
If you give us a ring, we'll be able to get this all checked out and make sure we find the best way to move forwards
Peter
