iPhone 16 pro max order cancelled

I’ve ordered a iPhone 16 pro max everything went through fine and I received my confirmation email and paid the £30 for the upfront cost but about 2-3 hours later received a text saying the order was cancelled I’ve seen that others have had the issue and want to know if anyone has an idea as to why
