I need a clarification before I order a new phone

I have a question regarding my mobile contract. Currently, I'm paying £22 every month for my SIM. If I decide to get a new iPhone 16 Pro Max, will the payment for the new phone be added to my existing contract, or will I receive a new SIM while still paying the £22 monthly for my current plan?

Won't you want to use your existing SIM in your new phone? You should upgrade your current contract to a handset plan & then you'll be paying for the new phone contract instead of the existing £22 SIM-Only contract. You shouldn't need a new SIM.

@Cyrus101 , you can also keep the same plan and just order a new phone on flex pay as an upgrade, if you so wish.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Hi @Schockwave,

Flex Pay requires the customer to change their tariff and the options available will be dependent on the device selected.

There is the option of EE Finance to purchase a SIM Free phone and allow the customer to retain their existing plan.
