ordered a phone on friday and got an XKO number, however it isn’t letting me track my order ?

@jesslewisx  You have an order number once a device is allocated to you you’ll receive a tracking number.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

when will i receive this as i still don’t have one x

@jesslewisx , it is only Monday, so also depends whether they have the item in stock, if you let us know what you ordered, colour and storage size, one of the members of staff may be able to give you an answer.

@jesslewisx , make sure you check your junk/spam folder for any further updates as well as your regular email client app.

Have you installed the DPD app and registered with the same email that you use with EE? You will get updates from them up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

yes i have downloaded it but there is saying there isn’t anything to deliver and i dont have my tracking code i only have the XKO number 

@jesslewisx , you will just have to wait until Ee dispatch it, then you will receive notification, otherwise, ring customer service if you are worried in any way, we have no account access here.
