I upgraded both devices on my account on the 25th September, IPhone 16 pro and iPhone 16 pro max, was told at the point of sale both items would be out for next day delivery. Recieved texts from ee and DPD and recieved delivery of the 16 pro, not a problem. The following day call ee to be told within 28 days for the pro max. after paying £94 in upfront costs for the both, £14 of that was for ‘next day delivery’ I wasn’t best pleased. My main question to the community is should I not of recieved some correspondence as proof I have actually placed an order becuase I have recieved nothing.
