Coming back to EE, Blue Light discount

Hi, I'm just in the process of porting back to EE as a new customer. I have a blue light card and the app shows a discount on monthly plans.

When clicked, it puts me through to the EE site to progress the order but the discount is not applied.

I've tried putting the code in to the promo box and that doesn't work either.

Any advice please?

It is great to hear that you are moving over to EE.

You are putting the discount in the right place, so there is no problem there.

Was the plan you were selecting already showing a discount or an offer?

No, the contract price remains the same, no discounts are applied.

It's the 25gb essentials SIM only for £16/mth.

Was it a 12 month or 24 month contract? @SamFoord1 

Can I also check who it is you work for? We may be able to get you register for our EE Perk discount to see if we can get the discount that way.

If you add another plan to the basket, does the discount code work? Don't worry it won't stop the code from being used.

Was the code generated through the EE Perk portal, or through Blue Light Discount directly?

Hi, it was generated via the blue light app/site for the code. It also takes me direct when the link is clicked. Neither way produces the discount

Hi @Michael_D,

I believe this SIM is a TLO offer and hence not eligible for any discounts after Tariff Refresh. Discount is only available on Core Offer SIMs.
