Coming back to EE, Blue Light discount

Hi, I'm just in the process of porting back to EE as a new customer. I have a blue light card and the app shows a discount on monthly plans.

When clicked, it puts me through to the EE site to progress the order but the discount is not applied.

I've tried putting the code in to the promo box and that doesn't work either.

Any advice please?

Thanks @SamFoord1, could you please let me know what exactly is happening when you try to put in the discount code?

If this is a plan that's already discounted like @Matt_124 mentioned, it's not possible to discount this further.

Hi, Nothing happens when the code is put in to the voucher code box.

Nothing happens when clicking the link on BKC site which takes me to the EE shop.

The price remains at £16/mth - no discounts applied.

Thanks

Hi @SamFoord1

It is listed in the EE App as an offer so wouldn't be discountable I'm afraid.

The discount will only work on a non-promotional tariff such as the £25 25GB Essentials Plan, £27 Unlimited No Frills, £32 Unlimited Essentials, £42 Unlimited All Rounder or £48 Unlimited Full Works and Full Works for iPhone (without the 6 Month Half Price Offer.)

You would need to unselect "Deals" at the top and look for these options without the Yellow text.

Ok, I'm confused now, I wasn't aware the £16/mth SIM only essentials 25gb was already discounted.

now when I click through it is only showing £23/mth?

I'm not complaining, just confused, because I wouldn't have asked the question when I was expecting the discount to be applied to the £16/mth as that was the price shown.

I stand corrected and apologise.

Yeah no worries mate,

Just trying to point you in the right direction to get you sorted, no need to apologise.
